Apply the lightest color all over the eyelid and blend it towards the brow bone, then apply the medium color to the eyelid opening and outer corner of the eye to create a three-dimensional effect. Apply a shimmery color to the center of the eyelid or the inner corner of the eye to brighten the eyes. To use as an eyeliner, moisten the Push Eyeliner Brush #26 with water and remove excess water. Choose a deeper shade, brush off excess powder on your hand, then apply to the edge of your lashes.
