I tried writing with it and it didn't come off at all so I bought it without thinking.

The tip is very soft, so it's easy to apply. If you don't draw the line gently, it will flake off. (The deep black seems to flake off more easily.) When drawing the line along the base of the lower lash line, if you don't stipple it, the Creamy Touch Liner will accumulate at the base of the lower lashes. It doesn't come off even when you pour hot water over it, so it's durable, and I plan to buy the Foggy Plum again. Next time, I'd like to try the brown instead of the black.
