All orders are shipped from Japan via Japan Post, and comes with a tracking number.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer any gifting options.

Additionally, as a counter-measure to credit card fraud and scams, we can only ship orders where the shipping and billing address matches. Thank you for your understanding!

Once you have placed your order, our team will start to procure your items.

Typically, we will take no more than 7 business days to procure your item within Japan, pack and ship it out.

All orders are sent via Japan Post international airmail, and is expected to arrive within 2-2.5 weeks. This does not include unforeseeable delays due to custom inspections, local postal strikes and more.

All orders will also be provided with a tracking number to ensure that you can track your package closely.
