How To Use

Press and hold the [Power/Mode Button] for more than 2 seconds to turn the power on. The default setting at startup is red light esthetics/vibration/WARM mode. Each short press of the button will switch from "Red LED + Heat + Micro-Vibration + Iontophoresis" to "Blue LED + Heat + EMS."
