1. Wet your body thoroughly with water. 2. Open the package and remove the pad. 3. Place your hands on the pad, lightly wet it, and rub the white and red sides together to create a good lather. 4. Gently rub the white side over your entire body, avoiding sensitive areas. 5. Use the red embossed side to treat areas with particularly high calluses, such as elbows and heels. 6. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. (We recommend using 2-3 times a week.)
