Dip the tip of the Ultra Fine Eyeliner Brush (sold separately) into Long Wear Gel Eyeliner and apply to both sides of the brush. Wipe off excess eyeliner with a tissue. Apply in short, even strokes along the lash line from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye.
