How To Use

: This angled flat brush is easy to use from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye. Caution: Do not use for any purpose other than its intended use. After use, gently wipe off any dirt with tissue paper or similar. If the brush becomes heavily soiled, gently shake it in lukewarm water mixed with a mild kitchen detergent, rinse thoroughly, then remove any excess water, trim the ends of the bristles, and dry thoroughly in the shade. As this brush is made of natural bristles, breakage and shedding may occur depending on usage. Do not store in direct sunlight or in hot, humid places. Keep out of reach of children.

I bought this because the brush that came with the eyebrow powder I'd been using for years had lost its stiffness and was difficult to draw with. It was a budget-friendly brush that Misato Mizukoshi recommended, and I had been interested in it. I heard that these brushes have a long shaft, making them easier to draw with than the brush that came with it, and it really was. It's not too hard, so it held the powder well. Maybe it's too soft for drawing a sharp line? It's good for those who want natural-looking eyebrows, but those who want to draw their eyebrows more clearly might want a brush with more stiffness.

It's such a great product that it makes me regret not using it before. I've been using KATE eyebrow powder since I was a teenager. I always used the small brush that came with it. However, the thinner brush used for drawing on the outer corners of the eyes tends to get rough, and the tips tend to break as I use it, which was a problem. I recently bought an eyeshadow brush and it felt revolutionary (I used to apply eyeshadow with the included tip or my fingers lol), so I decided to buy one for my eyebrows too! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who uses the small brush that comes with it. It will change the world lol.

It's not itchy or painful, but the bristles are a bit hard. It has a certain amount of stiffness, not too soft and not too hard. Sharp types are difficult to use, so this is good, this is good. However, I don't have thick eyebrows, so it was difficult to use. The photos show the front, side, and cross section compared to a cotton swab.

It's so easy to use that I've bought it three times. I've never used a product from a department store cosmetics brand, but I think it's one of the easiest eyebrow brushes you can buy at a drugstore. There are other eyebrow brushes from Rosy Rosa, but this Kumano brush was the easiest to use. However, the brush does develop a crease over time, so I guess its lifespan is about a year?
