What it is
This is a natural sponge. silk type. that becomes soft when it absorbs water. It can be used for a wide range of purposes, including washing your face and applying makeup. Since it is a natural product, there are individual differences, but the maximum size is about 55 mm.

How to use
[Directions] For face wash: Soak the natural sea sponge in water to soften it, then apply face wash and lather well before gently washing your face. For foundation (liquid, cream, or with water): Soak the natural sea sponge in water and squeeze it lightly before use. [Care Instructions] If the sponge becomes dirty, gently wash it with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild detergent, then rinse thoroughly, then dry and dry in the shade. If the sponge's surface breaks or its texture becomes rough, causing discomfort to the skin, replace it with a new one. Caution: Because this product is made from natural materials, it may occasionally contain tiny impurities (such as pebbles or shells). Please check for impurities before use. You may also notice black dots; these are part of the seaweed. This does not affect the quality of the product, but if they bother you, please remove them before use. Please note that there may be slight differences in size, shape, and color. It may also be less durable than sponges made from synthetic rubber or other materials. If you experience any skin irritation or if the product does not suit your skin, discontinue use immediately. Do not wring or twist the product, as this may cause damage. Also, do not immerse in hot water. When storing, avoid direct sunlight and places with high temperatures and humidity, and keep out of reach of children.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've bought sponges from other manufacturers online, but for some reason, Rosy Rosa sponges seem to be the smoothest and softest. The size is just right, too. I wish they came in sets of 5 or 6 so the price per sponge was a little cheaper.
It's hard unless you wet it with water, but when you wet it, it becomes fluffy and is gentle on the skin when you wipe off the cleanser. I also like that it comes in a pack of two.
