Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this to help alleviate hay fever. I apply it under my nose. The balm is harder than I expected, so I have to swirl my fingers around it several times to remove it. The scent is refreshing and pleasant, but it's temporary and doesn't last long. I blow my nose a lot, so this might be good for moisturizing my nose.
I bought this product to use during pollen season or when my nose is bothering me. It's convenient because you can apply it under your nose, on your décolleté, or anywhere you like. The eucalyptus scent is also relaxing.
I've been suffering from itchy noses a lot this year, so I bought this to try. At home, I put Vaseline under my nose. I actually prefer the scent of tea tree to eucalyptus, so that was a bit disappointing, but it's portable and leaves you feeling refreshed. It smells a little like Mentholatum. I kept the lid tightly closed, but the scent still leaked out and I could still smell it faintly in my bag, which I'm happy about.
