What it is
This balm moisturizes dry, chapped hands and lips, softening hardened dead skin cells. Its solid form allows for easy application to problem areas. It contains a blend of organic shea butter and calendula, which provide excellent moisturizing properties. It also softens and smooths rough, calloused elbows, knees, and heels. *Packaging and ingredients may change without notice.

How to use
Warm an appropriate amount in your palms and apply to areas prone to dryness. [Lock in moisture with a wrap pack] Apply a generous amount to dry, rough areas such as your fingertips and wrap in plastic wrap. If your skin is warm after a bath, the moisturizing effect will be even greater. Also great for lip care.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I also use the Wild Rose balm, and I love this one too. Wild Rose seems to be specialized for moisturizing. This is the only cosmetic that calms skin inflammation. I wonder why it's not talked about so much, considering the power of the aroma is so pronounced. It's like a talisman to me.
It's very moisturizing and satisfying.
While sniffing the sample at the store, I wanted to test its effectiveness, so I rubbed it on my nails and hands, which are full of vertical lines. The lines disappeared instantly, and my hands became smooth and moisturized. Since it's a balm, not a cream, a very small amount was enough to soak into both hands. I was so excited, I bought it immediately. It's not cheap for the amount, but I was amazed at how effective it was. It comes in a tiny tin, so I'd like to put it in my cosmetic pouch and use it on the go. The scent isn't too strong, just a herbal one. I'll try using it for a while.
This product has a pleasant, melting texture. It's also extremely moisturizing, leaving your lips smooth and hydrated. My husband and I always use it as a lip balm. After applying it to our lips, we blend it into our fingertips. We purchased it to combat the dryness of the air on our overseas trips, and it's a reliable product that keeps us moisturized even in the cold, dry air of an airplane or in the Nordic climate. I'd love to see a larger jar version released!
I'm buying this again. It doesn't feel as moisturizing as its name "Deep Moisture" suggests, but when I apply it to hangnails or small cuts on my fingertips, it seems to help them heal faster. It's a great product to have on hand during the dry season. The downside is that it has a unique scent and makes my skin shiny.
