What it is
This balm improves circulation and promotes health when you're suffering from stiffness caused by cold or sitting in the same position for long periods of time. Its solid form allows for thorough application to problem areas. Massage promotes circulation. It contains a blend of arnica, a favorite among athletes, and herbs known for enhancing the sensation of warmth. *Packaging and ingredients may change without notice.

How to use
Warm an appropriate amount in your palm and apply it to the area you want to relieve, massaging it in. [Massage method to relieve fatigue] 1. Rub it all over from your neck to your shoulders. 2. Massage up and down to warm up your neck. 3. Massage a little more firmly in a circular motion along the line of your shoulders, from your shoulders to the base of your neck.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is my third purchase. I find it extremely useful as it relieves stiff shoulders and back pain in the winter. It's also great for massaging your neck, hands, and feet, and is soothing to use before bed. However, it's quite oily, so I don't recommend using it on your face. It's definitely meant for the body.
This smooth balm has a lovely scent. I use it together with the massage roller from the same brand. The balm spreads better than it looks, and it absorbs quickly into the skin with massage. It has a nice scent and a slight warming sensation, making it perfect for use before bed. I'd like to continue using the balm to see how it works!
It has a spicy scent, and although it's solid, you can warm it up with your hands and spread it out, so it might be good for traveling. I always bring oil with me when I travel, so...
After reading the reviews, I thought this would be effective for the tired feet I get every day from standing at work! I bought it. I love the spicy aroma of lavender and ginger. A small amount spreads well, and it's moisturizing without being sticky. I massage the soles of my feet and calves in bed before going to sleep. The pleasant scent loosens and refreshes my feet, and I'm less likely to feel tired the next day. It doesn't seem to have an immediate effect, but it's a product I look forward to using during my daily relaxation time! I'll definitely be buying it again, and I highly recommend it!!
I bought this to use for massaging stiff shoulders and legs. The essential oil scent is like lavender with a spicy ginger finish, and it's stronger than I expected. I tried lightly massaging my heels, shoulders, and cold fingers, and it was smooth and not sticky like I expected. While I'm not sure if it has immediate effects on stiff shoulders or other conditions, it may be pleasant to massage smoothly. The scent is strong, so it may be noticeable depending on the area or location you apply it to, so you may need to be careful depending on your physical condition. I think I'll use it for toenail and heel care.
