How to use
After washing your face, take an appropriate amount in your hand and apply it to your entire face. Can be used morning and night. How to Refill: Be sure to refill the entire amount into the Sana Nameraka Honpo Thick Gel container at once. Before refilling, thoroughly wash the container and lid with tap water to remove any remaining contents, and then dry them thoroughly. 1. Cut the spout along the dotted line as shown in the illustration. * If you hold the pack too tightly, the contents may splash out. 2. Insert the spout into the mouth of the container and slowly squeeze the contents out with both hands. After refilling, be sure to note the manufacturing code on the bottom of the pack. You may need it when contacting us. ◇ Use with care, checking for any abnormalities on your skin. ◇ Do not use if you have any cuts, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. ◇If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itchiness, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.) or darkening during use or after exposure to sunlight, we recommend that you discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Continuing to use cosmetics may worsen the condition. ◇Do not store in extremely hot or cold places or in direct sunlight. *This is not a drink.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
