How to use
<How to refill the bottle> Use up the contents until the very end before refilling. Do not wash the bottle or cap, but wipe the opening and refill the entire amount at once. Do not mix with water or other products. For hygienic use, replace the bottle within one year or after five refills. 1. Cut the pack. If you hold the pack too tightly, the contents may splash out. 2. Hold the bottle with one hand to prevent it from falling over, insert the spout into the bottle, and slowly pour the contents. After washing your face, take an appropriate amount into your palm or a cotton pad and apply to your skin. Skincare Steps for Spot Prevention* 1. Apply to the entire face: Keshimin Anti-Spot Cleansing Lotion; 2. Apply to the entire face; Keshimin Penetrating Lotion; 3. Apply to the entire face; Keshimin Serum; 4. Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
