How to use
Please read the label before use. How to use body soap: Apply an appropriate amount (approximately 2 pumps) to a towel or sponge soaked in hot water, lather well, and then use. How to refill into a bottle: 1. Prepare the bottle: Wash the bottle and pump thoroughly and dry them. 2. Cut the pack: Cut the spout in the direction of the arrow. *Please be careful not to hold the pack too tightly as the liquid may splash. 3. Pour into the bottle: Insert the spout into the bottle and pour the entire amount into the bottle, slowly squeezing it out from the bottom.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
