How to use

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using this for a while. It's a bit pricey, but the value for money is outstanding! I use it as an introductory serum, and it's not sticky, it plumps up my skin, and it helps my lotion penetrate better! I've tried a lot of similar products from Lancome, Clinique, and others, but this is the best. I have dry skin, so I used a very moisturizing lotion, but since using this, I've found that a moisturizing type is enough. One pump is enough, so it lasts a long time. It's no wonder that it's a product that actresses use!

I bought this to use in the moisturizing mode of my facial beauty device, as it can also replace massage lotion and milky lotion. It has a good viscosity, but it is sufficient for its intended purpose. I usually use my facial beauty device when I apply milky lotion, so I am satisfied with the moisturizing aspect. I feel that it is a little expensive, and I feel a bit fuzzy while using it. However, regular milky lotions do not meet the requirements for facial beauty devices (they dry out and become less slippery), and gels make you want to wipe them off, so for now this milky lotion suits me well, and I think I will buy it again unless I find something better!
