I bought this on a friend's recommendation. I like the herbal scent, but I don't think it will really help with stiff shoulders or anything like that. I apply it to my décolleté area before bed.

I have severe shoulder stiffness, and I was concerned about the scent and skin irritation of compresses, so I decided to buy this. It's easy to apply, with a texture that melts quickly at body temperature. The herbal scent is pleasant, and although I honestly don't feel any benefits, it did help me relax. Given the price, I'm hesitant to buy it again, so I'm giving it a rating of 4.

I love the scent and how it feels to use. I bought this because my shoulders get stiff from desk work and my work is getting busy as winter approaches. I mainly apply it to my neck and shoulders before bed. It has a cooling sensation that feels great. I also love the refreshing scent. It's a little pricey, but it spreads easily, so a small amount is enough. I want to use it on my heels and calves as well, but I tend to apply it to my neck and shoulders where the scent is easiest to reach. I'll buy it again when I run out.

The mint scent is refreshing and pleasant. I used this at the store and had a massage at Kenzan, and it really helped relieve my stiffness, so I hesitated because it was expensive, but I bought it as a reward for myself. Smelling it helps relieve stress, and I have no regrets.

It has a strong, refreshing mint scent. I think it's perfect for the summer. I mainly use it on my feet. I warm a small amount in my palms to melt it before applying. The balm looks hard, but it melts quickly with body heat, so I didn't find it difficult to use.
