What it is
This liquid eyeliner is easy to apply and resistant to smudging and peeling. It is waterproof and can be removed with warm water. It keeps a beautiful line from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner for a long time.

How to use
1) Draw a thin line from the inner corner of your eye to the outer corner, following the edge of your eyelashes. 2) Draw an additional line at the outer corner of your eye, following the extension of the curve of your eyelid. When using, gently shake the bottle 2-3 times with the cap on. If using for the first time, or if the color has faded and become difficult to apply, gently shake the bottle 2-3 times with the cap on, leave it facing downwards for a few minutes, and then use a tissue to allow the pen tip to blend before use. After use, wipe off any dirt on the brush tip and close the cap tightly.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Well, it's fine
Maybe it was because of the oil, but even after applying powder, I couldn't apply it very well. I could only wipe it off with a tissue and then apply it.
It's very easy to write with and the brush doesn't spread, so it's easy to use! I've bought it several times! It washes off with hot water, but even if it gets wet from rain or something, it won't come off unless you rub it.
I've been using it since I was in high school, so it's been about 10 years now...lol. It's easy to apply and inexpensive. The brown black is neither too black nor too brown, so I think it's a color that anyone can use. Personally, I like it better than Love Liner because it's easier to apply and has better color payoff.
