How to use
Pump the product twice onto wet hands, gently wash, and then rinse thoroughly. Because it is made from natural ingredients, it may become cloudy at low temperatures. Warm it until it becomes clear before use. A change in color does not affect use. Do not dilute it with water or other liquids. This will prevent it from producing foam, and as it contains no preservatives, it will no longer be able to prevent the growth of bacteria.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

A foaming face wash is essential for saving time in the morning. It's additive-free, making it perfect for the dry season when skin is prone to irritation! I first saw it online and decided to buy it. The container is larger than my usual foaming face wash. It has a pump mechanism that dispenses a thick, fluffy foam when you press the pump. The foam is excellent. The foam holds its shape well and isn't watery. The foam feels thick and thick, like peaks. It's the kind of foam I like. I use about two pumps. I felt like one pump wasn't enough. In terms of the actual experience, I was enchanted by how pleasant it felt while washing my face. The fluffy foam means I didn't feel any friction at all. I like the foam quality, so it had given me high marks up until this point, but... it left my skin feeling dry. Or is it just too strong a cleanser? It left my skin feeling squeaky, like I'd washed it with dish soap. It felt like it was washing away all the oil from my face... Even though it had good cleansing power, I would have preferred it if it had been a little milder. It was a disappointing foaming face wash.
The foam is creamy and smooth, and it feels great on the face. It's perfect for busy days. I'm also happy that the price is reasonable.
I use it as a protective measure when my skin is not in good condition. It's an additive-free soap, so it's safe to use. It comes out as foam, so it's easy to use, the foam rinses off easily, and it's not sticky. It's reasonably priced, and you can find it at drugstores and they also have refills that are easy to buy, which is great!
