Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have sensitive skin but this is easy to use. I've bought it many times!
I usually use this moisturizing product, but since it's the dry season, I bought this one. I don't know if it has any whitening effects, but I like it because it doesn't dry out my skin and has a nice scent.
It was neither good nor bad. It didn't make my skin feel particularly bad, but it didn't improve it either. I only use it at night, so I don't care if it affects my makeup or not, so I didn't mind the stickiness.
It has stable moisturizing power, which gives me peace of mind. It's not too sticky, so I think I can use it in the summer too.
I have very dry skin and this is very moisturizing and keeps my skin from drying out.
