How to use
Remove one sheet and gently wipe your entire face. ◇When using for the first time, open the lid and pull the ring on the inner stopper with your fingers. Discard the removed ring. ◇To prevent the contents from drying out or deteriorating, close the lid tightly after use and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. ◇Do not put the sheet back in. ◇The sheet does not dissolve in water, so do not flush it down the toilet. ◇If you are wearing makeup, remove it with a cleanser before use. ◇Check carefully for any skin abnormalities before use. ◇Do not use if you have cuts, swelling, eczema, or other skin problems. ◇If you experience any redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening during or after use, or after exposure to sunlight, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Continuing to use cosmetics may worsen the condition. ◇Keep out of reach of infants and do not use on children. ◇Be careful not to get it in your eyes. If it gets in your eyes, rinse immediately without rubbing.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
