Recommended for those times when you want to avoid carrying over fatigue from the day, are concerned about the stickiness of oil, or want to treat specific areas. *Packaging and ingredients may change without notice.

The oil comes out in a big gush, which makes it a little difficult to use, but I really like the oil itself. I have naturally dry skin, but when I use it as a massage oil on my slightly moisturized skin after a bath, it leaves my skin feeling moisturized. It spreads easily, so it's great value for money. The not-too-strong citrus scent is relaxing.
It's a scent suitable for everyone. I recommend it to people who don't like other strong scents or the occasional strong floral scent. It spreads well and penetrates well, just like other Neal's Yard products. It's unavoidable because it's a container unique to this manufacturer, but if you use it as is, it will come out in large quantities and become like a celebrity scent (lol). So I also recommend purchasing the pump dispenser sold separately. It's cheap, reusable, and most importantly, it prevents celebrity scent. It has a faint citrus scent, so I recommend it for men as well for post-sports massages. I like to change my mood each time and use different scents, so I think I'll use it again after a few rounds.
I bought this to massage my shoulders and neck. Since it's an oil, I thought it would be thick, but it came out very loose and runny, so I always ended up using more than I needed and struggled to get it to the end. I really like the refreshing scent, but the above issues make it a bit pricey.
I switched from Weleda, which I've been using for many years, to Neal's Yard oil, and this is my second bottle! My first bottle was Silhouette Toning, which I really liked, so I wanted to try this one too. The oil is light and not heavy, and the scent is refreshing, so it leaves you feeling refreshed. It improves lymphatic flow, and my swelling and fatigue are reduced the next morning. It also makes my skin firmer! I found this product a little disappointing, so I'm going back to Silhouette Toning, which I used first! I recommend it for anyone looking for a light, refreshing oil.
I previously used Weleda and Melvita oils, but I wanted a lighter oil that I could put on immediately after applying, so I chose this one. When I mentioned this to the store staff, they told me this was similar to Weleda's White Birch Oil, and it didn't have a strong scent and was light, so I chose it. When I used it on wet skin after a bath, it wasn't very slippery and wasn't suitable for massage, but once it dried, I immediately felt my skin become plump and supple. When I want to massage, I can apply it to dry skin without any problems, so I plan to use it on wet skin as well. The spray is purchased separately, but it's definitely worth it. Melvita is also a spray-type product, but it drips a lot, which was very frustrating, but this spray is excellent and doesn't drip.
