Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I discovered this product during the COVID-19 pandemic, when hand sanitizer had to be used frequently. I like it because it has a pleasant herbal scent, doesn't have the pungent smell of alcohol, and doesn't dry out or tighten the skin after applying it. It's refillable, so I've been using it for a long time. I buy it more than I use myself, of course, but it also makes a great gift, so I often buy more than I use.
The smell is very soothing.
The lemongrass scent is so lovely, so refreshing it almost melts in your mouth. I would even like to use it as a perfume if possible. My French husband remarks, "It smells like a nostalgic French scent" every time he uses it. It's strange considering it's a British brand. I didn't smell any alcohol. I think some people might not like herbal scents, so I try not to use it on airplanes, etc.
