Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this together with the foam type and use it in the kitchen, but it doesn't have any smell! It cleans well, but I don't think I'll buy it again.
The scent isn't too strong, and I love the subtle, natural scent! However, it runs out pretty quickly, so it's a bit of a downside... There's a large refill, but I'm not sure if I should buy it. It's more cost-effective than other brands, but there's nothing that I absolutely have to have, so I personally only use it in the summer to change my mood.
The foaming and rinsing were good, but the scent felt weak. I bought it hoping for the grapefruit essential oil scent, so I wish it had been a little stronger.
Even a small amount creates a rich lather and has a refreshing yuzu scent.It is comfortable to use even in autumn and winter as it does not dry out the skin.
The subtle grapefruit scent is refreshing to use. It smells when you're washing, but the scent isn't noticeable after you dry your hands. I used to wash my hands a lot, which used to be rough, but now my hands are no longer rough, perhaps because of the mild cleansing power. I've also used the lavender scent, which also smells nice.
