How to use
For best results, apply once a day at night. You'll experience firmer, smoother skin the next morning. Immediately after washing your face, or waiting about 10 minutes after using Transderma C, take 1-2 pumps into the palm of your hand and gently massage into your entire face and neck, focusing on troublesome areas such as the corners of your eyes and mouth. Leave on for about 5-10 minutes before continuing with your usual skincare routine.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The next morning, my skin feels smooth. It has a smooth texture and feels warm when you put it in your hands. It feels like it's not penetrating my skin at all, but if I wait about 10 minutes before applying lotion, it seems to absorb better than usual. I'll definitely consider buying it again considering the cost-effectiveness.
I only used the sample I received, but it made my skin firmer, smoother, and my pores less noticeable. I used it after Transderma Super Wet. Perhaps the synergistic effect was a good one. The scent is a medicinal scent of vitamin C and retinol, not a soothing one, so it may not be to everyone's taste. Because it's thick, I was able to spread it even with a small amount. Since I could feel the effects even with a small amount, I'd like to purchase the full-sized product.
I've added Transderma A after using C. I feel my skin is firmer, so I'm thinking of lowering the ranking of my other products and seeing how my skin is doing. The texture is thick, but it absorbs quickly. I do have to wait 10 minutes, though. The scent isn't bothersome either. I think this is one of the introductory serums that gives you immediate results.
I was interested in Vitamin A for pore care, so I bought it at Hanshin Department Store. It tightens my skin immediately after application! It feels a little warm, so I can tell it's working. I'm planning to use it twice a week as a special treatment. It's reasonably priced, so I hope it's effective. I'm looking forward to it.
It's an aggressive retinol serum, but it's gentle and firming. It has an oily texture and is the first thing I apply to my skincare routine. It feels warm the moment I apply it, but it quickly subsides and leaves my skin feeling firm and radiant after 10 minutes. After that, I follow up with my usual skincare routine, but if I apply lotion after this, it seems to absorb better than usual. It's expensive, but since I only use it at night, it's reassuring to have it on hand as a talisman. When used in combination with Transderma C, the synergistic effect is amazing.
