When unopened, the expiration date is three years from the date of manufacture, the same as for general cosmetics. How to use
(How to Use) Mix the granules and gel together and immediately apply to the entire face. After 20-30 minutes, roughly remove the gel with a spatula, wipe it off with a wet towel, and rinse. After using the pack, moisturize with your usual skincare routine. (Caution) Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. If the following symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately. Continued use may worsen the condition, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist. If you experience any abnormalities during use, such as redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening, please use with caution. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. Storage and Handling Precautions: To keep the cup and spatula clean, wash them with clean water and wipe with tissue before storing. Keep out of reach of children. Do not store in extremely hot or cold places or in direct sunlight. Use Agent 1 and Agent 2 immediately after opening. They cannot be stored after opening. For Agent 1 and Agent 2, be sure to use one packet of Agent 1 and one packet of Agent 2.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
