Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

First of all, I was surprised by the luxurious scent. The scent lasts well and the feel on my fingers is impeccable! It's a little pricey, but I'll definitely buy it again.
I wondered if this treatment was primarily focused on the scent, but I decided to buy it because it was reasonably priced. My hair is quite coarse and curly, but this treatment leaves it moisturized, manageable, and shiny. I occasionally use a hair gloss spray, but I don't feel the need for it at all. The scent isn't my favorite, but it's not cheap, so it might be good for occasional use...I'll probably buy it again when I run out.
I think it's because my hair is thin, but I couldn't find a thick treatment that would suit my hair because it would make it flat and my scalp would itch. I use two or three different shampoos depending on my condition, but I've been using this treatment product on repeat for over seven years. I like how when I change it and let it soak in, it leaves my scalp feeling light and my hair just becomes shiny. I've tried a few others, but I always end up coming back to this one.
It has a nice scent and lathers better than I expected! It's a silicone-free shampoo, but it doesn't feel too rough! I've started using it with the treatment as well! It leaves my hair soft and smooth.
