How to Work It Into Your Routine
After applying lotion, use the dropper to dispense 2-3 drops into the palm of your hand, and warm it with the warmth of your palms to soften it and allow it to absorb easily into your skin. Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: We ship all orders DDP (duties delivered prepaid) which means that we handle all the import and custom duties on our end and nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected by us. Please note that all local charges are your responsibility. Unfortunately, there is no current system that allows us to handle this on your behalf from Japan.
