Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use the 30ml size because it's easy to carry around! I like that it's light and not sticky, so I can quickly put it on even when I'm out. It moisturizes for a moment, but I don't think it lasts very long! The scent is nice and soothing, but it's not too strong, so it can be worn in any situation.
I was looking for a small, portable hand and nail cream that I could use to care for both my hands and nails, and after reading the reviews, I decided to buy this. The texture is soft and absorbs quickly into my skin. It's easy to use because it keeps my skin moisturized without feeling sticky. The scent is described as "an elegant, floral fragrance with a subtle hint of jasmine and ylang-ylang, with a long-lasting, subtly sweet, and mature scent." However... well... I found the ylang-ylang scent much stronger than the jasmine, and I could detect the jasmine in it. It certainly has a long-lasting, mature scent. That's why I have to be selective about where I use it. I don't dislike or dislike the scent of ylang-ylang or jasmine, but I wish it was a little more subtle. As others have said, I don't think it's suitable for use at work, before meals, or for those caring for small children or elderly caregivers. I also feel like the scent is too strong and might make people around me feel unwell. However, I think it's a great product that moisturizes both hands and nails at the same time. ◎ I once again realized that you should smell and check the texture of hand cream before purchasing it. (I didn't learn from my previous mistake, so I've decided that next time I'll definitely check the tester before purchasing.) Most people think it smells great, so maybe I'm just too sensitive to smells. Until now, I've never known anyone around me to wear scented hand cream or perfume outside of private life, so the scent was a little too strong for me. *This is purely my personal opinion. Unfortunately, I wasn't one of the many people who found it appealing. (^_^;) I think it's a relatively affordable and reasonable product compared to other department store cosmetics. ◎ The packaging is simple and understated, which is appealing. ◎ I really like the texture, so I avoid using it before meals, and instead apply it to areas where the scent won't be a distraction, or as hand care before bed at night, wearing cotton gloves. That reminds me... DIO's round, cozy cream is a versatile cream that can be used on hands, nails, and lips (lol). I plan to use both of them carefully.
I bought this as a gift for a friend and she told me it was great, so I bought one for myself too. It's also good for nails, so I'd like to keep using it in the winter.
It feels like it's moisturizing, yet absorbs quickly into the skin. The tube container makes it easy to dispense, and the texture isn't too hard, so it's easy to use. I also like how it leaves my skin feeling soft and fluffy after application, but unfortunately, I just can't stand the scent...
It's highly moisturizing, but I was a bit concerned about the stickiness and heaviness! But thanks to its high moisturizing power, my skin has become moisturized and my hands have become less rough, and just not feeling dry makes my hands look beautiful, so I think hand cream is important!!
