CLARINS Plant Face Oil (Oily Skin) , 30ml

I tend to get acne on my chin before my period, but this oil is designed for oily skin, so it calms the acne and I really like it. When I spread it on my face while it's wet, it absorbs very well into my skin.

I was concerned about my oily skin, so I bought this after seeing it online. When I first saw it, I thought it was an oil for oily skin! I wasn't sure what it was, but it looked cute, so I was intrigued and went to the Clarins counter. They tried it on my hand, and the scent was so good I bought it right away without even trying a tester. My impressions: The scent is simply amazing! It's supposed to be a lotus scent, and it's so lovely. I want a perfume with this scent. Even though I don't wear perfume during the day, I still open the bottle to smell it, lol. Two drops is just right for me. The counter recommended 5-6 drops, but that amount was too oily for me, and my skin became a little rough the next day. To use, I apply lotion after washing my face, then two drops of this oil, then leave it on for a few minutes, then apply toner again (or wipe it off with a cotton pad soaked in toner). After applying, my face feels whiter, firmer, and somehow more energetic. As for the effects, I get acne on my chin before my period, but since using this, my skin seems to have stabilized and I've noticed that I get fewer breakouts. I've always had trouble with acne before my period, and have been seeing a dermatologist, but it hasn't really helped, so I'm happy. (However, I've also tried a lot of other things, so I'm not sure if this oil is working.) I was a bit surprised that it cost 7,000 yen for something this small, but it hasn't gotten any better, it smells great, and it looks cute, so I think it was a good purchase.

It has a nice scent

It's perfect for oily skin and I highly recommend it. I've only used it three times, but my T-zone no longer produces oil and my skin seems brighter. I'd definitely like to buy it again.

Oil is an essential part of my skincare routine. And these natural oils with natural fragrances are the best! I've used a variety of brands, but recently I've settled on this Clarins oil series. I don't have oily skin, but I've tried a few different skincare products and I find that lighter oils for oily skin work better than heavier ones, so I like this one for oily skin. I definitely notice a difference in the softness of my skin and how well it stays moisturized until the evening on days when I don't use oil. The benefits of essential oils are also important, so Clarins oils are perfect in that regard! I waited until Beauty Day to buy a product (the points back are great!) and was using a skincare routine that skipped the oil, but I still felt my skin was very dry. Now I've realized how important it is and I love it even more!
