It smells really nice.
Personally, I only need soap for my body wash, but I also buy body wash for guests. Since I can't keep it for years, I try to use it up myself and use it all up. So, I'm looking for something that's as close to soap as possible. This is a Tama no Hada product, and I really liked the simple, stylish packaging, so I bought it. I think the scent is nice. I love rose-scented products, so this is pleasant. The watery texture creates a gentle lather. So far, there's nothing wrong with it, but... the speed of rinsing, which is my most important priority (I believe that if it's too slow, the cleansing ingredients will remain on the skin and cause dryness), isn't great (-ω-;). It's still slippery when I pour hot water over it, so I have to rub my body even after getting in the bath. It's completely different from the soap that instantly refreshes when I pour hot water over it...;; I love the scent and packaging, and I'd like to try other products, so it's a shame. I don't want to buy it again, but since it's for guests, I might end up convincing myself otherwise (;∀). For now, I'll try another product. I like the Magic Soap at the moment, but I'd like to get one in a dispenser...
The texture is fine and lathers nicely. I recommend it to anyone who likes the scent of roses!
I use the rose hand soap. This site lists it under the body soap category, but the bottle says body/hand. Since I'm keeping it on my bathroom sink, I wanted a simple bottle design, so this one caught my eye. I was attracted to the simple, elegant design, which only had a number indicating the scent, and purchased it immediately. There were about six scents, but the sample ones had almost no scent, so I couldn't really smell them... I previously used the Fig shampoo from the same series and wasn't impressed, so this time I tried the rose one. It leaves my skin feeling very smooth and moisturized after washing. Many medicated hand soaps leave my skin dry after washing, making me want to apply hand cream right away, but this one was fine without the hand cream. Since I don't use it on my body, the cost-effectiveness is excellent considering it's a hand soap. It does require a dispenser, sold separately, though. However, it didn't smell like rose at all to me. This is the first time I've ever experienced a product that advertises itself as rose but doesn't really have that rose scent. If I had to say, it smells like rusty iron or something metallic... It only lasts while washing your hands, and the scent barely remains after rinsing, so I guess I can just tolerate it for a while, but the scent still bothers me. Fig also smells like a men's perfume, and I guess the scents of Tama no Hada products in general aren't to my taste. The bottle design and the feeling after washing were very good, but the scent was disappointing. If the scent didn't bother me, I would have liked to use it on my body as well. Rose was a disappointment, but I'll try another scent when it runs out.
I bought it because I was attracted by the look. I didn't know it was for the skin of the ball (lol). The scent is really soft and fades quickly. It seems like it could be used by people with sensitive skin. I was attracted by the look, but the scent fades quickly, and although it didn't cause any skin problems, it didn't really prickle me out... My husband likes it and keeps buying it. He bought the gardenia. The dispenser is sold separately for 210 yen, so the initial investment of just under 1,700 yen may be a bit high.
