What it is
Formulated with rosehip oil, which brightens women's skin, as well as several organic plant oils and beeswax, this product gently cares for dry, chapped hands and those roughened by housework. It delivers rich moisture and leaves hands firm and supple. It's non-greasy and easy to use! Luxurious scents, including frankincense, are also included. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's pricey, but I'm glad I bought it! This is my first Neal's Yard hand cream. I've tried a variety of natural hand creams at Cosme Kitchen and elsewhere, but this is the best one I've ever tried! I tried all the scents at the store and chose this one because it was the strongest and lasted for a while. It's not rose (other types fade quickly after application), but a wild rose scent containing frankincense and other ingredients. It doesn't leave a filmy feeling like Vaseline-based or drugstore hand creams often do, and it properly moisturizes the skin around the nails and nails. While film-forming types are best used during the day, such as before or after wet work, this one is natural, making it perfect for before-bed skincare. The scent is strong, but not so strong that it interferes with sleep, even when used before bed. It can also be used as a substitute for a roll-on during the day. The natural scent doesn't interfere with use before or after meals. Since it's a bit pricey, I only use it at night.
It's very useful as it absorbs easily and moisturizes without being sticky!
Neal's Yard products are gentle, have a nice scent, and are soothing. This hand cream comes in a seasonal gift box, and the packaging design is lovely.
I bought this because I wanted a hand cream with an essential oil scent that wasn't too smooth and refreshing. I use it in conjunction with THREE's hand cream, which has a smooth and refreshing texture. I also use the body lotion from the same line, so I know what the scent is like and I like it. The hand cream has a less strong scent than the body lotion, which has a stronger scent. As for moisturizing power, a small amount is enough. It doesn't blend in completely and leave your skin feeling smooth, but if you apply the right amount, I think it's fine to use at work. The packaging is cute and makes me excited.
I like the wild rose scent the best. It has a refreshing yet gentle scent. I don't think there's anyone who dislikes it.
