Neal’s Yard Remedies Rose Conditioner, 200ml

Just for reference... I started using this shampoo today, July 18, 2025. It didn't have the harshness that's typical of shampoos, and it had volume and texture, which definitely helped my hair, which is difficult to manage. The volume was reduced by about half just by using the shampoo. I followed up with my usual Curel hair pack, and it left my hair feeling incredibly smooth and soft. And my head felt surprisingly light! The scent is a very natural rose scent, faint and distant. It's nice, not a choking or forced rose scent, but if you're expecting a rose scent, it might be a little disappointing. Even that was a pleasant surprise. I purchased the smaller bottle and the dedicated dispenser. It seems like one pump dispenses quite a lot... I wonder if it will run out quickly? I'd like to buy it again, but the price... If I could afford it, I would.

I use the shampoo and conditioner as a set. Many rose products have a cheap scent, but Neal's Yard's has a truly high-quality, lovely rose scent. The scent itself isn't too strong and doesn't linger. Personally, I didn't feel any roughness after shampooing, and my hair felt just moisturized after washing. I like the healthy feel of this product, which is moisturizing yet refreshing. The conditioner isn't slimy either, and I like how it blends into my hair. The conditioner is hard to get out, so I store it upside down. It's fine in warm seasons, but it seems like it would be much harder to get out in cold seasons. It simply has a high-quality, healthy feel. It seems great for naturally healthy hair, but it might not be as effective for damaged hair. I like the product, but there's nothing that I absolutely love about it, so I don't think I'll be buying it again.

I used the product that came in the lucky bag. The shampoo didn't work, but the conditioner made my hair smooth. It also said it made my scalp healthy. I don't think I'll be buying it again.

It has a wonderful scent, and I recommend it to rose lovers. It does have a slight squeaky feeling, but applying the oil before using a hair dryer is just right. The staff member explained the rose ingredients in detail, but I was in a hurry, so honestly, I didn't really understand. However, I've never come across a product that I thought was a disappointment, so I can shop with confidence.

It had a nice rose scent while I was washing, but unfortunately, there was almost no lingering scent. That's probably because I'm using organic color, so my hair felt a little stiff after shampooing. However, when I used conditioner, it untangled my hair smoothly, which was reassuring. The container was a bit hard, so it was fine when there was a lot inside, but it seemed like it would stop coming out later. It did feel fluffy after blow-drying, but for people like me who have damage from coloring, I'd like it to feel more moisturized. Personally, I needed an after-bath treatment. While I like the scent and the fineness of the lather, I won't be buying it again for the reasons mentioned above.
