I bought this to use for massaging stiff shoulders and legs. The essential oil scent is like lavender with a spicy ginger finish, and it's stronger than I expected. I tried lightly massaging my heels, shoulders, and cold fingers, and it was smooth and not sticky like I expected. While I'm not sure if it has immediate effects on stiff shoulders or other conditions, it may be pleasant to massage smoothly. The scent is strong, so it may be noticeable depending on the area or location you apply it to, so you may need to be careful depending on your physical condition. I think I'll use it for toenail and heel care.

After reading the reviews, I thought this would be effective for the tired feet I get every day from standing at work! I bought it. I love the spicy aroma of lavender and ginger. A small amount spreads well, and it's moisturizing without being sticky. I massage the soles of my feet and calves in bed before going to sleep. The pleasant scent loosens and refreshes my feet, and I'm less likely to feel tired the next day. It doesn't seem to have an immediate effect, but it's a product I look forward to using during my daily relaxation time! I'll definitely be buying it again, and I highly recommend it!!

It's also great for massaging your neck, hands, and feet, and is soothing to use before bed. However, it's quite oily, so I don't recommend using it on your face. It's definitely meant for the body.
