How to use
Take about two pumps of the product into your hands, add water, and wash thoroughly between your fingers, then rinse thoroughly. *After washing, moisturize your hands with hand lotion or cream.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love Neal's Yard hand soaps, and I alternate between the Citrus and Be Lovely varieties depending on my mood. They have a wonderful scent and leave my hands feeling moisturized after washing, so I'd like to continue using them. I haven't tried Herbal Protect or Garden Mint & Bergamot yet, so I'll consider them next time.
I wash my hands more than 10 times a day at work, and since I started using this, my hands haven't gotten rough. It doesn't lather well, but it's very moisturizing, so I feel good about my skin. I refill it into a portable container and always keep it in my work clothes pocket. I also like the blue bottle. The scent is refreshing, with notes of lemon, grapefruit, and chamomile.
I used it at the dentist and was so impressed with how it felt to use that I decided to buy it. I was so impressed that my hands didn't dry out even after washing!
