<Aromatic bath> Add 3-6 drops of essential oil to the burner's top tray. If the scent starts to fade, add 1-2 more drops. <Bath> Add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of bath oil or salt and add it to the bathwater.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Grapefruit, a representative citrus fruit, is known for its refreshing effects on autonomic nervous system disorders, menopause, and other stressful situations. Its benefits are truly appreciated by women! Because it stimulates the sympathetic nervous system, it's recommended to use it at times other than nighttime. Try adding a few drops to an aroma stone from a 100-yen store (we recommend Seria) when you're feeling unwell. Sweet orange, like grapefruit, is recommended for the parasympathetic nervous system. While it's a scent that few people dislike, both can be described as toilet-like if not used properly. I recommend Neal's Yard! It doesn't feel like a toilet! lol. The lid is difficult to open, so I always ask for instructions when buying it in stores. It works well if you push it open. I gave it as a gift to my aunt, who has rheumatism and limited mobility, so it should be fine if you know the trick. I'm a bit hesitant about gifting it to someone my grandmother's age (70-80?) who also has limited mobility. I'll also review sweet orange, taking care not to get the essential oil on your hands. I hope this helps someone's health.
The shape of the lid is unique. It opens when you press and turn it. The amount that comes out is just right. The grapefruit flavor seems to last longer than other brands.
I have some organic grapefruit and use it in my lotion. Apparently, organic grapefruit will no longer be available for purchase for a few years due to the use of small amounts of pesticides. This product gave me a glimpse of honest product making, which made me feel even more positive.
