How to use
<Aromatic bath> Add 3-6 drops of essential oil to the burner's top tray. If the scent starts to fade, add 1-2 more drops. <Bath> Add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of bath oil or salt and add it to the bathwater.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It smells similar to the scent of a room filled with mandarin oranges in the winter, but it's even sweeter. It's a calming scent. However, I had a hard time opening the lid the first time. This may be a European characteristic, but I wish the container was easier to open...

This is the ultimate relaxing sweet orange, which is extremely effective for anxiety disorders, autonomic nervous system disorders, depression, and irritable bowel syndrome. It works on the parasympathetic nervous system, so it's recommended for nighttime use and when you're feeling stressed. It also has anti-inflammatory properties, so it may be effective for COVID-19 aftereffects and allergies. I haven't asked the store staff yet, so I'm not sure, but I highly recommend grapefruit and orange for those experiencing mental stress. It can also be used for cleaning. The scent is incredibly popular with everyone, so it's a great value, with few people disliking it. Neal's Yard is fun when you're feeling energized, but if you visit during a mental illness or stressful time like the ones mentioned above, the scent can be overwhelming. I hope this review will help someone. The scent is fresh mandarin orange. The lid is difficult to open, so press and turn it to open it. I'm currently repurchasing this orange ^_^ I love making homemade lotions and use it to add fragrance. I love the scent of orange and citrus fruits, so it's soothing. I'll continue to buy it in the future. I bought it in bulk in London.
