How to use
For each area, take a 500 yen coin-sized amount in your hand, warm it between your palms, and then massage it in. We recommend applying multiple layers to dry areas. <Tip!> When you're feeling restless, apply it to your décolleté for a relaxing, soft fragrance.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent is good, but it's difficult to adjust the amount until it's in a bottle.
The scent is basic, the texture is smooth, and I keep using it. I mainly use it on my décolleté and calves.
I have dry skin that dries out instantly with any body cream, but this oil doesn't dry out my skin, so it's an essential item for me every winter. It's a little difficult to use because it doesn't spread well.
I also purchased this along with the massager. This is actually the first time I've ever purchased a Neal's Yard product, lol! I wasn't particularly familiar with the brand, but I'd read reviews about the oil's scent and found it to be just what I was looking for, so I bought it. I like geranium scents, but this oil has a slightly more subtle scent. The oil spreads a little heavy, but I think it's within the acceptable range. I think a lighter oil would be easier to use when quickly spreading it over a large area of the foot. I use the massager, but sometimes it doesn't spread as well. I use the spray bottle with the head attached. I think the scent is timeless, but personally I wish it had a stronger scent.
I bought a set that included the oil and the smaller massage roller. I bought the larger massage roller quite some time ago and barely used it, but I recently tried using it again and found it to be a very pleasant massage, but it's too big for massaging the jawline and neck, so I bought the smaller one. I'm glad I bought it; it's easy to hold and use. I hope to continue using it to comfortably massage away blockages.
