What it is
Contains chili pepper extract to warm up areas of tension from the core. Rub it into your shoulders, neck, and lower back when you feel cold or when you have pain from overuse. How to use
Warm an appropriate amount in the palm of your hand and then rub it into the area of concern. 1. Rub from the neck to the shoulders, blending evenly. 2. Rub from the shoulders to the base of the neck with the base of your thumb. 3. Massage from the shoulders to the armpits with the entire palm of your hand.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a little firm, but it's refreshing when you massage tired legs. It has a very herbal scent, but it doesn't overpower the next morning, and there's no need to worry about dripping like with oil, so it's easy to use.
This is my first time purchasing this product. I'm sure it will help me get through this winter!! It's Neal's Yard Warming Salve. My stomach area has been feeling really cold lately, so I've been applying it morning and night. At first, I was hoping it would warm me up, but it didn't. It didn't warm me up at all, so I wondered if it was working... Oh well, I could just use it for massage. Then, gradually, I felt like my internal circulation was gradually improving. My stiff shoulders and headaches also gradually eased. I also tried applying it around my stomach. My stomach used to feel cool to the touch every day, but now it's a little better, so I wonder if it's working... (^^) There really is a difference between applying it and not applying it. It's great value for money, so I'll definitely buy it again!!! It has a nice scent, with a subtle lavender scent. The balm dissolves easily and spreads easily. It applies smoothly. It didn't drip. I think it works gently when it works (^^) Rather than being effective, it just subtly helps alleviate the cold. P.S. It's been three days since I started using it, and my stomach and shoulders are starting to feel warm!!! Maybe it was because I was so cold, but the effect is getting better every day. I suffer from chronic, severe shoulder stiffness. I've used Shoulder Relief Salve several times. After that, I was interested in this Warming Salve and bought it. I've only just started using it, but I can definitely feel a gentle warmth. They both spread equally well. Personally, I prefer the Shoulder Relief Salve because it makes my shoulders feel lighter. But with the cold weather coming up, perhaps the Warming Salve feels more comfortable? What they both have in common is how comfortable they are the day after massaging. As expected, there's a big difference in the stiffness of my shoulders between using them and not using them. The texture is exquisite, and it's very spreadable and easy to massage into, yet not sticky! I'll be using them again in the future♪
It's just so relaxing. There's no sticky feeling from the oil, and the area where it's applied feels warm and improves blood circulation. The ingredients used are safe, so it can be used for daily care. I keep it on hand because the whole family can use it.
