Take a cotton pad in your hand and apply cleansing water. A rough guideline is to use a pad about the size of a 500 yen coin. Take enough water so that it soaks through to the back of the cotton pad. Close your eyes and place the cotton pad soaked in cleansing water over your eye makeup. Wait a few seconds, then slide it from top to bottom. Wipe away the eye makeup under your eyes from the inside to the outside. Apply cleansing water to the cotton pad in the same way as before, and remove your base makeup.
