Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It spreads well, is smooth and not sticky, which is nice! It does have a strong smell, but I didn't mind it at all. It might not be moisturizing enough in the winter, but it's perfect in the summer!!
I used a sample, and although it's a bit unique for a rose scent, I personally like it. It gives a refreshing feeling when you apply it. I'm not sure if it gives firmness or anything.
It feels refreshing when you apply it, but it's quite sticky afterward. It doesn't feel like it's really moisturizing. Some people might like it, but the strong scent is a bit too much for me. It seems to be a hypoallergenic formula, so it's reassuring, but I think it might not be for everyone.

I tried it on the back of my hand in the store and liked it, so I bought it. I apply it all over my body at night after bathing. It has the distinctive rose scent of organic products. It has a light texture. To be honest, it's not moisturizing enough in the winter. The ingredients are safe, but considering the price and effectiveness, I don't think I'll be buying it again. Some people think that natural products are better than products that overly moisturize, but there are also more affordable organic creams available. However, a small amount goes a long way, so I think it's good value for money!
