Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Because it's a mist type, it's refreshingly moisturizing without being sticky. My skin felt plump the next day, so I was surprised at how refreshing yet highly moisturizing it was! The downside is that one pump doesn't dispense much, so you have to press it multiple times, which can be a hassle.
It's been a while since I last bought this. I bought it even though I have dry skin, without realizing it was an astringent lotion for oily skin. I think it would be good for people with oily skin. However, I've heard that long-term use of witch hazel is not recommended. I also have sensitive skin, so I'm not sure if this is the cause, but I've noticed some very small, colorless bumps on my skin. Apparently, witch hazel can cause contact dermatitis in people with allergies, so perhaps I'm experiencing mild cases of this? Also, I bought this because it's acid-free, so I wanted to use it with copper peptides, but apparently the tannins (in witch hazel) don't mix well with copper peptides. I had a good impression of this lotion, but in my case, it didn't suit my skin, and I've found that the drawbacks outweigh the benefits. I probably won't buy it again. I might even throw away the ones I already bought. It's probably good for oily skin, though.
The toner effect is the strongest. The toner itself has a high penetration power, but I was impressed by how the milk I applied afterwards was absorbed so quickly. I also love the scent, so it's a real hit these days!
Dr. Hausch Cafe Essential Toner is a herbal mist toner that prepares the skin's foundation. The toner is slightly brownish, reflecting the color of the plant extracts it contains. The carefully selected botanical ingredients calm and balance the skin. The mist is fine and fluffy, spreading easily over the skin for a comfortable feel. It's smooth and non-greasy, making it easy to use. I used it for everyday skincare and over makeup when I felt dry during the day. It also worked well as a refreshing mist.
I think the capacity is small for the price. I didn't feel any particular effect and used it up in no time.
