What it is
Cleansing/20g Lotion/20ml Cream/5g Essence/5ml The base of mildly alkaline hot spring water softens the skin and removes dirt. The minerals and naturally derived beauty ingredients in the water leave the skin feeling moisturized after washing, and the gel cleanser does not require double cleansing. The lotion delivers carefully selected plant-derived ingredients to the stratum corneum. The hot spring water used as the base of Anela has excellent moisturizing properties, and its water molecules are about half the size of tap water, resulting in amazing penetration. The melting gel cream blends comfortably into the skin. In addition to the three major moisturizing ingredients squalane, ocean collagen, and super hyaluronic acid, royal jelly extract and pomegranate extract lead to youthful, firm skin. A luxurious essence formulated with 16 carefully selected beauty ingredients. It is gentle to use, yet firmly protects the skin with moisture. The peony extract it contains also has the effect of suppressing inflammation such as acne and sunburn. All products are fragrance-free, colorant-free, mineral oil-free, and paraben-free.

How to use
[Cleansing] If you are wearing makeup, take 6-7 pumps onto dry hands; if you are not wearing makeup, take 2-3 pumps. Massage it into your entire face, then rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. [Lotion] Apply to your entire face using a cotton pad or your palms, allowing it to penetrate deep into the skin. Adjust the amount according to your skin condition. [Cream] Apply an appropriate amount to your entire face. Gently cup your face with your palms and lightly press. You can also apply a thicker layer and use it as a leave-on mask. [Essence] Use 2-3 pumps per application. Warm it in your palms before applying it to your face, pressing it in with an upward motion.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
