Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I read in reviews from people who have purchased frankincense water that it is definitely worth having a pump, so I bought one as well. I'm happy with how it dispenses just the right amount with just one push.
■ Reason for the change: To set it on a Neal's Yard 200ml bottle. ■ Size: The length of the push part is approximately 43mm. From the neck to the tip of the tube is approximately 172mm. The head of the dispenser is glossy black. There are no anti-slip grooves. Slide left and right to "open/close" to lock/unlock. The pump part that goes inside the bottle is white, and the tube is translucent. Made of plastic. ■ Request for improvement: I think it would be an even better, more hygienic product if it were changed to a cover type instead of the type with a gap between the piston and closure. ■ Size: Approximately W44 x Neck φ28 x H210mm / Made in Taiwan
I used to use lotion without a pump, but it was very inconvenient, so I bought this as an additional purchase! It's so much more comfortable now. I definitely recommend getting this.
I read a review of this lotion and it said that a pump is essential, so I rushed out and bought one. Thank you to everyone who left a review. The opening of the bottle doesn't have any function to adjust the amount, so I think it would be extremely inconvenient without a pump. I purchased the lotion from the official Neal's Yard Remedies online store and used it as is (direct from the bottle), but I thought that this was unhygienic, so I purchased the dispenser here. The dispenser can be opened and closed, so it's convenient for getting just the right amount of lotion.
