What it is
Super waterproof liquid eyebrows that stay put even when swimming. Keeps the outer brow line, which tends to fade, in place all day. Exceptional durability: Uses a highly adhesive polymer formula that is durable and quick-drying. Repels sweat, sebum, and water, and withstands rubbing. Thin liquid for a natural finish: Thin liquid for flexible application. Felt-tip pen type for a delicate finish down to each individual brow hair. Contains serum ingredients (chamomile flower extract). Natural brown.

How to use
Use the pen tip to draw each eyebrow one by one, all the way to the end. You can achieve a lighter or lighter finish by layering. ◇Check carefully for any abnormalities on your skin before use. ◇Do not use if you have any cuts, swelling, or eczema. ◇If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening during or after use or exposure to sunlight, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Continuing to use cosmetics may worsen the condition. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight, high humidity, or extremely cold locations. ◇Do not wet the pen tip with water, sweat, saliva, etc. ◇Liquid may spray out due to temperature, pressure differences, or being dropped. ◇Leaving the pen with the cap removed for an extended period of time may cause the pen tip to dry out and become unusable. ◇Replace the cap tightly after use. ◇Keep out of reach of children. ◇Do not drop from a high place as the liquid may splash out.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
