What it is
This serum is made with natural hot spring water and contains 16 carefully selected, naturally derived beauty ingredients. The minerals in the hot spring water lock the beauty ingredients into the skin, leading to firmer, more youthful skin. It refines the skin's surface texture, promoting healthy skin that can withstand external irritants. At Anella, our final skincare serum has a light texture and spreads easily, preventing makeup from getting in the way. Contains squalane, peony extract, and licorice extract. It instantly delivers moisture to the skin, preventing acne and roughness, and protecting against dryness. Fragrance-free, colorant-free, non-greasy oil-free, and paraben-free. Allergy tested (this does not guarantee that allergies will not occur in all individuals). Safe for both normal and sensitive skin. How to Use 1. After moisturizing with Spa Moist Lotion or Spa Moist Cream, dispense an appropriate amount (2-3 pumps) into the palm of your hand. *Warming the product in your palm before use will help it absorb better into your skin. 2. Wrap your face in the palm of your hand as if wrapping it, and then lift it outward to ensure it adheres to your skin. Use morning and night (2-3 pumps per application) for approximately one and a half months. It has a refreshing texture that is neither gel nor cream. Simply massage it in lightly and it will quickly penetrate your skin. *Package design may change without notice.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
