What it is
This cleanser is generously based on natural hot spring water from Shimane Prefecture, known as the "beautiful skin prefecture." The slightly alkaline hot spring water gently lifts and removes dirt and dead skin cells from the slightly acidic skin. The negative ions in the natural hot spring water absorb only makeup and sebum, removing impurities while leaving skin moisturized. No need for a second cleanser, reducing stress on the skin. It can also be used as a morning cleanser. Fragrance-free, colorant-free, non-greasy, and paraben-free. Allergy tested (this does not guarantee that allergies will not occur in all individuals). Safe for both normal and sensitive skin. Instructions: 1. Apply to dry skin and hands. For makeup removal, apply 6-7 pumps, or for morning cleansing, apply 2-3 pumps. 2. Massage into entire face for approximately 1 minute, then rinse. Use for approximately 1 month when used as a makeup remover, or approximately 2 months when used only for morning cleansing. A bouncy, moisturizing gel formula. It spreads smoothly and blends quickly with makeup, preventing damage to the skin caused by friction.

How to use
If you are wearing makeup, take 6 to 7 pumps, or if you are not wearing makeup, take 2 to 3 pumps into your dry hands and massage it into your entire face, then rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
