What it is
A medicated whitening lotion containing vitamin C derivatives. It suppresses the production of melanin pigments and prevents sun spots and freckles. The vitamins have been boosted, and while maintaining the moisturizing power, it has improved penetration and a comfortable light feel. A medicated VC lotion that is popular for its high moisturizing power, penetration power, and long-lasting power. In addition to effective ingredients such as the whitening active ingredient vitamin C, vitamin P has been added. It brightens skin that tends to become dull due to dryness and uneven texture. Suppresses melanin production, prevents sun spots and freckles, Moisturizing ingredients It is less sticky and has a slightly lighter feel so that it can be used throughout the year. Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The other day, I tried a cheap whitening lotion that was highly praised by beauty experts in a magazine, and although the scent of the out-tester wasn't too strong, the actual product made my eyelids and cheeks red after just one day. In the end, I hurriedly ordered this one, which I've been using for 16 years, and used it. It's good. I like that it's refreshing and has no scent. I wonder if sensitive skin shouldn't try whitening products. I ended up having to pay shipping fees for just one bottle.
After shopping at Harbor, I received a mini size separately from the official Harbor store! Thank you so much!!! After I got home and removed my makeup, I soaked a thin, peel-and-stick botanical organic cotton ball from Daiso with this lotion and used it all over my face. The scent is great, and I'd like to try using it as a compressed sheet mask or in other ways! The mini size lasted me about two months. I'd also like to purchase the full size!!!
I'd known about this product for a long time, as my mother would occasionally buy the pump-type products that were apparently released for the whole family to use. I'd occasionally borrowed them during my student days. I'd tried a variety of products, including POLA's Immerse, Chanel's Le Lift, IPSA, Décolleté Hydra Clarity, SK2, and Kiehl's Calendula, but nothing quite clicked. When I returned home, I borrowed this one for the first time in a while and was surprised! I felt that HABA was more moisturizing than the department store brands. (Chanel's Le Lift is just as moisturizing, but the cost-effectiveness is a bit off.) Pressing it into my hand makes it soft and supple. It works well with liposomes, and I'm happy it's additive-free. I've tried a lot of toners, but many of them didn't produce the results I expected, or I was worried about whether they were moisturizing enough, so I decided to stick with this one for a while and have a subscription. I'm not sure about the whitening effect, but it's comfortable to use, additive-free, and reasonably priced, so I'll give it 6 stars. (I'm planning to try POLA and cosmetic medicine to whiten and tone my skin.) But I also want to try other products, and I'd like to try SK2 and Chanel again someday! Lol
