Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a mild lotion that doesn't leave a sticky feeling, and compared to the serum, I don't feel it has any particular characteristics... but I don't have any complaints about it, so I use it all the time.
I'm already using the serum, and want to further strengthen it, so I added the emulsion this time, referring to the staff blog on the Shiseido website. The blog recommended three pumps, but I think one pump is enough to moisturize my entire face, so it's good value for money. It might be more effective to use three pumps, but I don't like it when it gets too sticky... As for the whitening effect, I'd like to use it alongside various beauty products for about a year and see how it goes. After researching various things using AI, I think HAKU is the best for whitening, so I'll trust it and continue using it.

I bought it because it was getting a lot of buzz on X! When I started using it, I felt that it was a whitening emulsion that didn't irritate my skin and could be used even on sensitive skin. It's not too sticky, so I think I could use it before applying makeup. I'll use it for a while and post my impressions!
Since I started using this, my skin has not become rough, so I'm buying it again. It's easy to use as it has a pump-type design with a lid that pops open from the main body. It's odorless, so I don't think it's bothersome. In the morning, I put half a pump into the palm of my hand. In the evening, I put 1-2 pumps onto a damp, wrung-out cotton pad.
