Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this after reading reviews. The pencil is just the right weight, making it easy to use. I immediately bought it again for carrying around. However, I think it tends to come off a little easily, so I'm not sure how it will be in the summer.

I've bought this many times before, and I didn't want to keep buying department store brand eyebrow pens, so I tried cheaper ones many times, but nothing came close to this one, so I came back. The ease of application and the color are perfect, so this is the only one I can use! lol
I've bought this product nearly 10 times. It doesn't irritate my skin, doesn't come off, is easy to apply and creates a natural look, and all I need is this one product - it's amazing! (It was a 7-star rating.) I wonder if it's just my imagination? Since last year, it's become harder to apply a lighter shade...Compared to before, it's easier to apply, but the finished look seems unnaturally dark...It could be a matter of skill, or maybe it's just my imagination. I decided to take this opportunity to try other products as well. It's amazing that I don't need to reapply my eyebrows until the summer evenings, and I can finish my brows with just this one product, so I'm giving it 5 stars.
