Leave the lead protruding about 1 to 2 mm before use. When replacing the lead, remove the cartridge from the holder and insert a new one. .Please be careful as the lead may break if it is protruding too far or if it is dropped or subjected to other impacts. .After use, be sure to retract the lead and close the cap tightly. If the lead dries out, it will become difficult to draw. .If the cartridge cannot be fixed or extended smoothly, purchase a new product. .Keep out of reach of infants and young children. .Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've repurchased this many times. The shade is brine, and after drawing a line, I use it to fill in the gaps between my lashes at the edge of my eyelid. It's soft, gentle, and easy to apply even on delicate eyelids.

It doesn't fall off or smudge, and it's great that you can retract the tip and replace just the cartridge. The only downside is that there aren't many colors available.
